    Detroit has a boulevard named after her.

    It runs through streets full of grassy empty lots and abandoned burnt-out buildings.

    I don’t even know why people in Michigan care so much. It seems like she would be a bigger deal among all of the liberated blacks in the south where they used to be slaves.
